The carcinoma of the vulva, the most important vulva tumor and the third most common of all primary pelvic cancers that is exceeded in frequency only by uterine and ovarian cancer, accounts for three to four per cent of all primary malignancies of the genital canal.
It is preeminently a disease of elderly women, the incidence being highest in between fifth and seventh decade, with the exceptional few cases that is occured as early as in the third decade. The disease begins on any part of the vulva and the most common histological type is squamous-cell carcinoma.
We herewith present a case of recurrent infiltrative squamous-cell carcinoma of the vulva with the brief review of the literatures.
